RETURN/REFUND POLICY

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 business days of receiving the product.

  • Items must be in their original condition: unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

  • Products showing damage, wear, or alteration will not be eligible for return or refund.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Once the product reaches us, our team will inspect it to confirm it is not damaged and meets the eligibility criteria.

  2. If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued within 15–30 business days after inspection and approval.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

  • All related expenses are deducted from the refunded amount, including but not limited to:

    • Shipping costs (to and from customer)

    • Bank commissions and processing fees

    • Customs duties, if applicable

4. Exchange Options

As an alternative to refunds, you may request:

  • An exchange for another model or size (subject to availability).

  • A gift card/credit balance equal to the refund amount, usable on future purchases at darbbags.co.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items, clearance products, or customized/personalized goods are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns, unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or error on our part.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage. We are not liable for lost return shipments.

7. Company Rights

  • DARBBAGS reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria.

  • We may issue refunds in the form of store credit if deemed necessary.

  • Our decision on eligibility and refunds is final.
