Informal Resolution
Before arbitration, the parties will attempt good-faith negotiation for at least 30 days.

Binding Arbitration
Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration in New York, USA, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

Exceptions
Disputes relating to intellectual property, fraud, or requests for injunctive relief may be brought directly to court.

We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies in the Services at any time without notice.

13. DISCLAIMER
