SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Use and should be read alongside them: darbbags.co/terms-conditions.

Please review this policy carefully before purchasing our products. It applies to all orders placed with DARBBAGS.

1. Shipping & Delivery Options

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 12–18 business days

  • Shipping Fee: $59

Express Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 8–12 business days

  • Shipping Fee: $89

All estimated delivery times are provided in good faith, but delays may occur due to customs, weather conditions, or carrier issues. We are not liable for such delays but will work to resolve them promptly.

2. In-Store / Pickup Option

We partner with Haypost postal service. Orders may be collected at their pickup location:

  • 12961 San Fernando Rd, Sylmar, CA 91342

  • Pickup Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

(Some inventory may be managed and shipped by third-party suppliers directly.)

3. Origin of Shipments

Most products are shipped directly from our factory in Armenia. We use Haypost and international partners (including the U.S. Postal Service) for delivery.

While occasional delays can occur during international transport, DARBBAGS guarantees that every order will reach you, and our support team will assist with any shipping issues.

4. International Shipping

We offer worldwide delivery.

  • Free shipping does not apply to international orders.

  • International deliveries may be subject to customs duties, VAT, taxes, or import fees, depending on the destination country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to local authorities.

  • Customers are responsible for complying with import laws and regulations in their country.

5. Delays & Notifications

If delivery is delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide an updated delivery estimate.

For EU & UK customers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Deliveries will be made within 30 days after order acceptance unless otherwise stated.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure that shipping information (name, address, phone number) is accurate at the time of purchase.

  • Any additional costs caused by incorrect details (such as redelivery fees) will be borne by the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for collecting their parcel from local postal offices or pickup points within the carrier’s stated timeframe.
